FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE
This tense is used to express activities that will be in progress at a certain time in the future.
Subject + will be + verb-ing + complement
To make clear a certain time in the future, use time signals such as:
- In a few minutes
- All day this week
- All hours this afternoon
- This time next year
- At 10 o’clock tonight
- At the same time next week
- At the same time next month
- At this time tomorrow
- etc.
Study the following sentences.
- In a few minutes, I will be visiting Makassar.
- At this time tomorrow, she will be getting the money back.
- It will be raining all day tomorrow
- They will be winning the contest this time next month
- At the same time next year, Joni will be buying the TV
Let's try to make future continuous tense.
